Boat Type: 1989 pearson 31 wing keel

i have just bought a 89 pearson 31 wing keel. the keel bolts are twisting off when checked for tightness. they have rusted out. what does it take to make this repair. how to get the keel off and whats the right way to make this repair tks. greg and help or ideas are welcome

WAY out of my area of expertise. AND, something that you obviously want to get fixed correctly. I always refer people to one of the best fixeruper sites: plasticclassics.com. or something like that. Just Goggle it.
But there is a great Pearson site on Yahoo, I believe.
