This is photo of our ancient Judel/Vrolijk (1983) 3/4 ton sloop from a number of years ago.
This mainsail is actually one I built.  I turned out just OK. We eventailly got a new one.
The jib is some ancient sobstad #2. Don't remember why we were using it on this particular day. Just an illustration of how, at a certain stage of the IOR rule, they went from tall skinny mains with a large foretraingle to the complete opposite. (big main, with small headsails).
