Founded by George S. Hawn Jr. and originally located in Clearwater FL, USA.
The first model was the PRAIRIE 32, a cruising cutter to Hawn's own design. (Approximately 30 built.)
There may have been a larger sailboat model also but few of these were built. Eventually the the company became a builder of trawler type power boats only.
