I had the barnacles knocked off the hull a few weeks ago. Needs a complete bottom job now.

Sails have been in my garage for the last 10 years. In good shape. Main, spinnaker, and multiple headsails.

Engine runs, unknown hours. New prop 6 months ago. New zinc on prop shaft last week. I changed the oil a couple of weeks ago,

Standing rigging good. Running rigging in good shape, but in storage with the sails for same time period. Will have to be rigged
somehow. I have the supplies to create mast steps w/rivets to go up top.

Has minor deck leaks into cabin--trying to keep up with them.

6" soft spot on deck near windlass--no other.

Could use deck paint--average condition

Needs dodger/canvas over cockpit

Radar works, but needs new mount.

B&G Electronics good. Needs new windvane on top of mast.

2 new batteries. No charging system in place, but inventory includes a home made wind generator from previous owner
