Founded by Mait Edey and Peter Duff and located in Massachusetts, USA.
The yard specialized in FG version of traditional designs. These included the Sakonnet 23, Doughdish (FG vers. of the Herreshoff 12 1/2), Stone Horse 23, Stuart Knockabout, Fatty Knees dinghy, as well as a number of Hunt designed powerboats. The firm closed in 2010 upon the death of the General Manager, Dave Devignon.
