William Shaw
1926 - 2006
From 1964 on, William Shaw was chief designer for Pearson Yachts, one of Americas largest sailboat manufacturers for more than two decades. Before joining Pearson, he worked at Sparkman & Stephens in New York. In the mid-1950's he was co-founder of the MORC handicap rule.
