Your best bet will be to get a book on rigging. Generally, you want to start with the forestay and lower shrouds so the mast is centered port/starboard, and then tighten the uppers to keep everything in line. It may take a few sessions out sailing to make sure there aren’t any funny reverse curves. Don’t start in a 40-knot breeze.
