According to the data plate on my C&C Landfall 39, it was built in Niagra on the Lake, Ontario.  Not in Rhode Island. Which is where my C&C Landfall 38 was built. The 39 is titled as being built in 1988, the engine is a 1989. I was told it was the last one of the model built.

Thanks Doug. Makes sense. Digging a bit we found the RI plant closed in November 1985, leaving only the Niagra-On-The-Lake plant building C&C’s.
Would you be willing to share your HIN? That will tell us definitively when your boat was manufactured.
