I am in the process of possibly buying a Heavenly Twins catamaran built in 1990. It has been advertised as a HT27 but was  registered in 1995 as 7.99m = 26.6 feet. The website https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/heavenly-twins gives the LOA of the HT27 as “27.00 ft. / 8.23 m”. The hull number is 452. Can anyone tell me when the HT27 was first manufactured? What are the noticeable differences between the Mark 4 HT26 and the HT27?  Is the deck over the aft cabins a sandwich molding or a solid fiberglass molding ? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Gerard, There is a Heavenly Twins owners group website where you might find the answers to your questions. It can be found here: https://htcca.co.uk

According to the information we found, the HT27 was introduced in 1989. The LOA was 27 ft. Prior to that, the LOA was 26′ 2″ (26.17 ft) / 7.98 m.

    Hope this helps.
