How can I find out when my Cal 21 was built?

If your boat was built 72 or later it will have a serial number on the transom. last 4 digits are month and year. If it was before 72 there will be a hull number inside the hull on the transom on the starbrd side. No way of knowing exact date if it’s before 72.
