Surprising that the class rules do not provide the dimensions, but refer to a Manufacturer’s Manual registered with World Sailing. It looks like you need to contact a licensed RS400 sailmaker to find out what the dimensions are. The class rules seem to indicate that different sizes are possible. http://www.rsaerosailing.org/docs/820884060.pdf
