Hello to all,

I was just given a Slipper 17 by an elderly neighbor friend of mine.  It’s in pretty good shape, just needs to be pressure washed and some of the wood redone.  Unfortunately, I don’t know the year yet.  I know they were made between 1981 and 1991.  Is there a hull number somewhere to identify it?  Also there seems to be an outlet on the Port side, which to me, looks like it should be a bilge outlet but I can’t find anywhere on the inside where a bilge hose should be attached.  Any ideas?  Also I would like to have an owner manual, spec sheet, electrical schematic, rigging diagram etc. Where can I get copies?  AND, I’m looking for a new mast plate for the top deck.  The existing one is bent and I’m afraid if I reshape/bend it back it will have lost its original temperament and cause problems.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
