PRICE REDUCED TO $9,500 Needs work, but a solid boat. I've owned for last 10 years, but have not had the time to properly maintain her. 1973 C&C 39' Sloop. Garage full of equipment. Full sail inventory (in dry storage). 25 HP Universal Diesel. Clean Florida Title. LOA: 39', LWL: 31', BEAM 11 6', DRAFT 6' DISPLACEMENT 17,000 LBS. Tapered Aluminum Extruded Mast with two pairs of tapered airfoil section aluminum spreaders, grounded Ballast: External lead fin through-bolted to reinforced hull sections 25 HP Universal Diesel Motor; 28-gallon diesel fuel tank Sails: Main, Jib, Assorted Foresails, and Spinnaker, Roller Furling I had the barnacles knocked off the hull a few weeks ago. Needs a complete bottom job now. Sails have been in my garage for the last 10 years. In good shape. Main, spinnaker, and multiple headsails. Engine runs, unknown hours. New prop 6 months ago. New zinc on prop shaft last week. I changed the oil a couple of weeks ago, which has less than an hour of use now. She cruises at about 5 mph per my tracking device. Standing rigging good. Running rigging in good shape, but in storage with the sails for same time period. Will have to be rigged somehow. I have the supplies to create mast steps w/rivets to go up top. Has minor deck leaks into cabin--trying to keep up with them. 6" soft spot on deck near windlass--no other. Could use deck paint--average condition Needs dodger/canvas over cockpit Radar works, but needs new mount. B&G Electronics good. Needs new windvane on top of mast. 2 new batteries. No charging system in place, but inventory includes a home made wind generator from previous owner Pressurized water--untested LP stove/oven--untested Freezer--untested
