First time poster, so bear with me if this is the wrong forum.
Someone threw away this boat at our local transfer station. I used to race lasers when I was a kid and thought this hull looked similar in size, and figured I would grab it as a project to teach my son sailing.
I “think” this is a Phantom 14 Howmar but not entirely sure. I was hoping someone with a keen eye would know what it is and where best to find parts for it. I’m not entirely sure how it all goes together. I do have 3 aluminum lengths with tackle on it – assuming a boom and 2 mast pieces.
Googling isnt yielding much yet, but Id love to find a diagram/schematics of how it should be setup with all the correct pulleys/guides/tackle. Its missing the tiller and centerboard. The sail was all ripped up so Ill need to source a new one as well.

The drawing here on Sailboatdata https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/phantom-14-howmar/ should help. The three aluminum spars look like they should be the mast and two lateen booms. The sheet looks like it has a wire or line across the transom that it slides back & forth on. It then goes up to a block on the underside of the lower boom, forward to another block on the boom, and then down to the helmsman’s hand or possibly a swivel cleat; the drawing isn’t clear on that point.
The drawing should also give you a good idea of the rudder and daggerboard shapes, which you could fashion out of plywood. So long as it fits in the slot the exact dimensions won’t be over-critical. You will want to fiberglass or epoxy over the plywood foils to keep water out and prevent them delaminating. Though they might be easier to find, simple boards would tend to warp more easily than plywood.
I don’t have parts, but I can confirm this is the Phantom Howmar 14 hull because I own one and still sail it every few years. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out.

I have the same scenario with a Phantom 14. All the rigging but no daggerboard or rudder assembly.
Is there a manual for this boat? And is there a decent layout or drawings to manufacture the two?
If someone has photos of the daggerboard and rudder/ till, and some rough dimensions, I’d be grateful! Specs, even better!
Anywhere to find spare parts?

The drawing here on Sailboatdata shows the general shapes of the blades. Since they’re to scale you should be able to figure out the general dimensions too. Obviously the daggerboard has to fit into the slot. Since the last Phantom 14 was made more than 20 years ago finding a manual is not going to be easy. You could fashion some blades and be sailing months before any manual turns up.
