That looks like the insignia for the Pioneer 17 sailboat built by Sailstar (https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/pioneer-17-sailstar/).
Similar to Sailstar’s Explorer. Unfortunately, we do not have any information other than what we are reporting. Including who supplied the mast to Sailstar (assuming it was a third party).
