Purchased by Hake Marine in January 2016. Hake was subsequently purchased by Darrell and Leslie Allen, who also purchased Island Packet, in January 2017.

All manufacturing for Blue Jacket Yachts was done at the Island Packet manufacturing facility in Largo Florida through 2021.

All assets, tooling and brand of Blue Jacket Yachts was purchased from Island Packet Yachts in July 2022 by Mike Mullenberg, Owner - Niche Watercraft LLC.
