1969 The activity begins in Avigliana (TO) in via Lago Grande with the production of the first PANDA 29.
1970 It moves to via Pontetto 19, also in AVIGLIANA (TO) and begins the series production of the KOALA 39 as well.
1974 Acquisition of the COSTAGUTA shipyard in Genoa Voltri. The PANDA, MANIA 35, KOALA 39 and KOALA 50 are in production and the new PANDA 31 is presented.
1975 changes its name to NORDCANTIERI-COSTAGUTA SpA. The new PANDA 31 and the new KOALA 38 are re-proposed, with the KOALA 39 still in production, both sloop and ketch.
1976 PANDA 31, KOALA 38 AND KOALA 50 are in production
1977 The PANDA 34 enters the scene
1980 (?) Due to a devastating fire in Avigliana the construction site fails.
1983 (?) The molds of the Koala 50, the Koala 38 and the Panda 34 (renamed Koala 34) are purchased by MANTA, a company in Viareggio.
