PlastiGlass Co.
One of the earliest American builders of fiberglass boats. Located on the west coast, and founded by Barney Lehman, the company produced, most notably, the LEHMAN 10 and LEHMAN 12 cat rigged dinghies to Lehman's own designs. The LEHMAN 14, essentially a larger LEHMAN 12 eventually became (with many modifications) the LIDO 14 when W. D. Schock Co. purchased Plastiglass and its designs in 1955.
