Swedish designer and inventor with many achievements to his credit in the automotive, acoustic and other fields. As a yacht designer, he is known for his development and refinement of the 'Koster' type cruising boat. He was winner of the 1936 Olympic bronze medal in Star class.
For several decades beginning in the late 1940's, his 5.5 and 6 meter designs were at the top of their respective classes.
