I’d like to know the location of the generator in the 2018 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey DS

Hi Don, Jeanneau put the generator in aft, port side of the 44DS. Access is through bulkheads in the aft cabin. Since it was an option, many buyers chose not to have one.

Thanks for the reply Bruce. I would think that the Aft cabin could be quite noisy with it in that location.

I’d have to agree, even with the insulation.

Considering how annoying the noise is to others in the mooring field when a generator starts up, being aboard with one running must be absolutely unbearable.
