Hi,

I am looking for a second hand sailing yacht that performs well in F2-F3 winds.

Length 44-46 Feet with 4 cabines, build before 2010.

Suggestions are welcome and greatly appreciated.

Additionally, can anyone guide me how to look-up if a boat handles well in F2/F3

The site is designed to help narrow your search. To find models that perform well in light air, go to Refine Search and input the parameters which best suit you. In SA/D you might want something higher than 18 or 20. Something lower than 275 might work in Disp/Len. Use whatever numbers you feel most comfortable with. Then tweak where desired.

You can also use the Calculator page to see how something like a tall rig can effect the performance of individual models.

Then, if you want, create a Favorites page (registration is required for this) to easily review the boats that are of real interest.

You can also include length and year built in your search. Sorry, we do not have the ability to search by the number of cabins though.
