Original boats built in Sweden. STJÄRNBÅT = ‘Star Boat ??”. A very popular one-design class in to the 1960s. A similar version, but with a slightly smaller rig, was called the VINGBÅT and built in Finland beginning in 1930. Of these, over 100 were built.

From a type designed and built by Ole Jensen in 1820. The first fiberglass version was built in around 1960.(It is thought that several hundred of these were built.) Later, some were built in Australia, and another version was built in Canada called the NORDICA 16.

The PEN DUICK 600 is the result of a collaboration between the world renowned sailor, Eric Tabarly, and naval architect Dominique Presles.
