Intended mostly for charter trade. Replaces the PRIVILEGE 48.
Trapeze dinghy originally designed for plywood ‘stitch & glue’ construction.
Called the MIRROR 14 when first introduced in 1970 after a sponsorship from the ‘Daily Mirror’ newspaper.

With the introduction of fiberglass, the ‘hot molded’ contruction method (developed during WWII) became too expensive, and production of the SWORDFISH was discontinued in 1963. The same equipment, however, was used to build the first ABLACORE which has a slightly modified hull and more sail area.
