The 27/2 has the same hull as the original 27. Reported sail area is up from 328 ft² to 380 ft².
The current model, 27/3 (first built circa 2010) is the same as the 27/2 except with stainless steel hardware and portholes.
The C&C 27 MK V is a new design replacing C&C’s earlier 27 footers.
It was built in Canada as well as the US.
The Yanmar diesel was an option.

The first PEARSON 28 underwent a number of modifications around 1980. These included an updated keel and a number of minor changes to the interior.
The PEARSON 28-2 (1985) is a completely new design.
Derived from the COOPER 353.
Similar to the COOPER 416 and probably from the same tooling.
