Shoal keel:4.33′

Keel/CB and shoal draft versions were also available.

Molds for this yacht were acquired from Pacific Boat Works.
Boats built by Ericson where built using a heavier layup schedule (with less or no core), which accounts for the greater displacement shown here.

Designed to MORC rule.
From the same molds as the CAPO 30, built by Westerly Marine.
First 26 boats built by Pacific were glass sandwich, while later boats from Ericson were solid glass and heavier.
Thanks to ‘SPB’ for providing additional information.

Designed to compete under the MORC rule. Similar to later OLSON 911S (1985).
In appearance, it is similar to SCHUMACHER 30, built by Dennis Choate though the latter is said to be a completely different design.
Thanks to ‘SPD’ for corrections.

MIRAGE 33 and 35 are similar.
The MIRAGE 35 has a reverse transom, weighs a few hundred pounds more, and two feet longer than the 33 foot model. See the MIRAGE 35 for more details.
