Notes

Original class name is LONG ISLAND SOUND INTERCLUB.
The result of efforts made by a group headed by Carroll B. Alker of the Seawanhaka Corinthian YC and developed for racing on Long Island Sound.
In 1938, a significant number of the original boats were sold to residents at Lake George NY, where organized racing is said to have continued until the late 1950's.
An article appeared in 'Wooden Boat' magazine, (Jan.,2015) describing the complete restoration of 2 original boats.
