First built by Durbeck's. Hidden Harbor Boat Works, located next door to Durbeck's, built some Vancouver 36's after Durbeck's went out of business in 1983. Hidden Harbor went out of business in 1985.
A pilot house version was introduced in 1987 and built by Sarasota Marine. Sarasota Marine went out of business in 1988.
