Founded by Peter Zuanelli, the yard is located a short distance from Lake Garda. It is thought that production of fiberglass sailboats began in earnest when the firm assumed the assets of Alpa Yachts, which at its peak, was one of the largest producer of fiberglass sailboats in Europe.
In 1986 Pietro left the leadership of the Shipyard to his sons Mario and Francesca, who had been with him for some time, remaining present as support and help.
With the guidance of the second generation, the construction site has grown and expanded.
Starting from 2010, the third generation of Zuanelli, represented by Mario's children: Andrea, Paolo and Sara, began to participate more and more actively in business processes.
