Hi to all design aficionados!

Is this the correct design/ make of it?

The prior owner said it was built 1968, which causes some question marks.
I could not find any datasheet or design that was closer than this, although it has a fin keel with ballast, and a spade rudder. The transom differs as well,s o is it a Hughes?

Could it may also be an Austrailian or New Zealand design?
