I own a Laguna Windrose 22. Often they list a Laguna 22 and I don’t know if there is a difference. Your site features a Laguna 22, (but no mention of the Windrose). My boat is a swing keel (though I have read there was also a fixed keel version.)
I have a manual and it lists the displacement as 1,980 lbs and the keel is listed as 600 lbs.
On your site the Laguna 22 has a 900 lb ballast. That seems to be an error. There is no ballast other than the Keel and it is 600 lbs.

And proud owner of a Windrose 22’ sailboat. I noticed in your message you stated having a manual book for your boat.? I would happily pay you for a copy of that manual. I have a Balboa 22’ and can’t find any manual at all, but they say the Laguna/ Windrose/ and Balboa are the same boat.
